1. Introduction

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one active account on g7777. 5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

g7777's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by g7777

g7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be ineligible; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) continued operation of the account would breach g7777's regulatory or legal obligations.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting g7777 support. Requests will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance. Bonus credit subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

On termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — remain in full force.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g7777 holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
